So I have been hinting about some huge changes going on in my life recently. And it’s lead to my blogging schedule & social media taking a bit of a hit. So although I don’t normally share much of my personal life on my blog I thought now was the time. And it is so exciting to finally be able to share my news with the world.

I’M PREGNANT!

Yes if you hadn’t already guessed, for the past 14 weeks I have been growing a little human. And let me tell you it has not been easy.  I have suffered with sickness, tiredness, you name it I’ve had it.  Meaning exercising has been difficult and> I’ve also struggled to eat properly. Completely losing my appetite.  For someone who loves eating it’s been pretty tough.  I will talk more about my experiences in the first 12 weeks in another post but hopefully it explains my blogging absence.  I honestly haven’t been doing much but working and> sleeping. And I am only just coming out the other side.

Also due to our baby news we made the huge decision to move out of Manchester city centre.  Yes after 10 years of being a city girl I am moving to the suburbs.  The stress of selling and> buying a house coupled with pregnancy has been tough.  And again meant I just didn’t have the energy for much. Blogging had to take a back seat. This was a big decision for us but ultimately we knew it was the right one. I can’t wait to have more space and> a garden.  I am so excited about creating a family home for us, and> I love the property we are buying. It is a little bit of a project, needing completly redecorating and> a new kitchen and> bathroom.  It’s not the best timing but I can’t wait to get started.

So there you go, lots of changes in the Ode2fitness household.  I am hoping to share my pregnancy experiences with you. And as I am qualified in pre & post natal exerise I will be sharing my tips on how to enjoy a healthy happy pregnancy. I may also share some cheeky house updates with you.

I am really excited for this new chapter in my life, and> I can’t wait to share it with you all xxx

PS. I am also going to reduce by blog schedule to 2 times a week for the moment, posts will go live on a Sunday and> Wednesday.
