We all know my favourite brunch is Eggs and> Avocado. And I take pride in how many versions I have sampled in Manchester. Although I know there are many more places I have yet to try! So I thought I would do a round-up of my favourite places in Manchester to go to enjoy this dish.

Eggs and> Avocado” width=”179″ height=”179″ /> Street

I recently visited Leaf for the first time, and> absolutely loved their Avocado Eggs. It was served on Granary toast, with roast tomatoes. My favourite thing about this version was both the simplicity but also the pureed avocado. Whilst I love Avocado I find some places go a bit over the top with the amount. It overpowers the dish, but not here. The pureed avocado was more of a spread and> it worked so well. The roast tomatoes added another taste to the plate, and> it worked well with the dish.

Vivid Eggs and> Avocado” width=”166″ height=”166″ />Vivid Lounge

Now I know I give these guys a hell of a lot of love on my blog but it is all well deserved. It is my little local and> their breakfasts are incredible and> such good value. This version is super simple but always perfectly done. Two poached eggs served on lightly toasted Manchester Sourdough, you can add avocado for that perfect combination. With the added Thai kick these eggs are the perfect lazy brunch for me. Especially as it’s only a 5 minute walk away!

So there you go, my top 3 eateries inManchester to enjoy blogger favourite Poached Eggs and> Avocado.

Have you tried any of these? Do you have any other recommendations? I’d love to hear from you, drop me a comment below.
