Another fun workout for you to try today! Remember the song 12 days of Christmas? A partridge in a pear tree and> all that fun? Well this workout is designed around that very song. And it’s so much fun!
Work through the exercises along the lines of the song, so on the final round you will do all exercises!
It’s a tough one & all you need is a box/bench, a Kettlebell & a mat!
1 x Shuttle Run
2 x Lateral Lunges (1 each side)
3 x Box Jumps
4 x Sit Ups
5 x Burpees
6 x Kettlebell Swings
7 x Press Ups
8 x Kettlebell Squat Press
9 x Squat Jumps
10 x Single Arm Rows (on each side)
11 x Jumping Jacks
12 x High Knees
