One thing I love about Christmas is when friends and> family have time off and> you can workout together.  Whether that be a long walk, a visit to a Christmas ice rink or a gym workout it’s great to spend more time with loved ones.

With that in mind today’s workout is one you can do with your partner, siblings, parents or anyone really.  So grab someone and> get working out.

Partner Workout
