I love gingerbread, it is a true taste of Christmas.  If you want to get that Christmassy gingerbread feel but want to avoid the sugar and> calories, try my gorgeous Gingerbread Smoothie.

What you’ll need:

200ml Almond Milk

1 x Small Ripe Banana

Hand>ful of Oats

1 teaspoon of Ginger

Pinch of Cinnamon

Pinch of Nutmeg

Large Squeeze of Honey 

1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

You can play about with the amount of spices based on how you like your gingerbread! 

Blend all the ingredients together (I use my Nutribullet but a hand> blender would work as well) pour into a glass and> Enjoy.
