Everyone loves Elf right, spreading Christmas cheer everywhere he goes. It is one of my favourite films to watch at any time of year (yes I am that person!).  So if the gym is closed or you just want some workout fun whilst enjoying Elf try this workout!  Listen for the words and> do the associated move throughout the film! Enjoy!

When someone says “Christmas Spirit”……..10 Jumping Jacks

When Buddy consumes sugar………15 Squats

When anyone says “Buddy”…….10 Burpees

When Buddy screams for Santa…..10 Lunges on each side

When the Naughty or Nice List is mentioned…….10 Push Ups

When anyone sings…….Hold a plank; up to 30 seconds

Make sure you do a short warm up during the start of the movie, marching on the spot for 30 seconds with mobilisation movements such as shoulder and> arm circles, work up to jogging on the spot for 1-2 minutes.
