Today’s advent calendar offering is a Christmas workout. One of my top tips for staying healthy over Chritsmas is to keep active.  However we all know how difficult it can be with family commitments, travelling and> busy days.

HIIT workouts are the perfect way to squeeze in a high intensity workout and> feel good.  30 minutes first thing in the morning is all you need. I also think doing it first thing is the best option as there is less chance of you getting distracted and> avoiding a workout all together.

This Christmas HIIT workout is suitable for all levels but you’ll know you’ve done a workout, and> you’ll finish feeling super festive.  Enjoy!
