You may have seen on my Instagram or Snapchat that I recently discovered homemade Iced Protein Mocha’s! I love coffee but with all the hot stuffy weather we have been having recently the thought of a hot coffee in the morning was a bit much! So I decided to test an Iced Coffee.  I also usually have a protein smoothie first thing in the morning, I start work around 6:30am most days so those extra few minutes in bed are precious.  I therefore decided to try adding some extra ingredients into my iced coffee, combining the 2 morning drinks and> making one fabulous breakfast smoothie! So if you love coffee & love smoothies this recipe is for you, oh and> it’s amazingly simple as well!

All you need is:
Small Strong Cold Coffee (I made a strong instant coffee the night before, allowed it to cool and> refrigerated overnight)
150ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein (I used PHD Diet Whey)
1 Small Banana

I used my Nutribullet to blend all the ingredients together including a couple of ice cubes and> there you have it, a healthy frothy protein filled iced mocha!
