Another great recipe today featuring Up Your Matcha (Don’t forget my discount code Ode2fitness10 for 10% off) – these Chocolate Brownies only use 6 ingredients, they are so simple you can’t go wrong.

200g Sweet Potatoes (Microwave for around 5 minutes or until completely soft)
50g Almond Butter
5 Medjool Dates (Pitted, approx 80g)
20g Maple Syrup
3 Heaped Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (Approx. 25-30g)
8-10g Matcha Powder (Plus a little extra for dusting)

Blitz it all in a food processor, and> add to a greased cake tin/cake tin, I lined mine with greaseproof paper as well to ensure I could get them out easily. Cook at around 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean, allow to cool and> try not to eat them all in one go!

These are super yummy, and> have the added benefits of Matcha powder in them, so you can indulge almost guilt free!
