Oh my god we are into 2016 – this is the year I get married! I am so excited for my wedding, and> so my fitness goals for the start of this year all focus around getting in the best shape for my dress and> my fabulous honeymoon!  We get married on the 4th June, and> jet off to Singapore and> then Bali on the 6th June.

At the start of last year I wrote a post on setting yourself new year resolutions so take a look here: 2015 New Years Resolutions – I always recommend you set yourself some longer term and> also some mini goals for along the way.

As mentioned above my goals this year are more about feeling like the best version of me for my wedding and> honeymoon! I still want to be me, but a better version!! I am not going to focus on weight loss or inch loss but on what I can do along the way to achieve this.  I will be focusing on making sure I train 5 times a week, hit PB’s, ensure I do some cardio and> get back into yoga! I want to keep up the good habits I picked up from my 12 week plan at the end of last year.  Nutrition-wise I want to focus on good wholesome foods that will nourish me from the inside out, think superfood smoothies, lots of green vegetables and> plenty of lean meats and> healthy fats!

The 5 months until the wedding are all about looking & feeling my best, and> I know that with proper nutrition and> training I can achieve this!
