As per my last post I have started going to an outdoor boot camp, I have signed up with a few of the girls from work and> we have been going for the past couple of weeks.  It is a great experience and> a totally different sort of exercise to what I usually do.

The basics involve a run to some fields and> then interval style training, short sprints and> then body weight exercises such as squats, lunges, planks, sit ups and> lots of dreaded burpees!  It is a great all body workout and> I am hoping it will help move my fitness on to the next level.
