The run and> swim are both over and> now I am going to start exercising for enjoyment and> of course fitness, I no longer need to focus on one type of exercise and> can try out new forms and> keep up some old ones I love.

As a child I did lots of dancing so I love dance style classes and> Zumba has to be one of my favourites, I have done some Bowka and> am always up for new styles.

I love body combat, I find this an amazing as an aerobic workout and> excellent to tone up your upper body.

I try and> do a couple of weight sessions a week and> still enjoying fitting in a swim!

That is my weekly gym sessions, I am hoping to start trying/testing some new exercise ideas so if anyone has any please let me know!
