And my difficulties have not gone away, I have continued to feel ill and> my training has suffered, I was off work for a few days and> have not managed to get my fitness back.  The run is in a week and> I am struggling to do much more than a few kilometres.  I am hoping some of it may be psychological and> then when the time comes I will be able to complete the run but I don’t think I will meet my target time and> that is a real disappointment.

I am at the moment just wanting the run to be over and> I feel really upset that I am not fully committed to it.

After the run I will be focusing on my swimming and> I am really going to give this my all, I feel 100% better and> want the swim to be a huge success!

Fingers crossed for next Sunday, whatever happens I will try my best.
