Apologies for the lack of updates this week, I have been thrown slightly off track as my sister had a baby on Wednesday.  I had to look after my nephew so missed a couple of day’s training, therefore only one run this week – I managed 5km in about 35 minutes but the battery died on my ipod so I couldn’t track the pace and> time exactly.

This week my aim is to fit in 3 runs, 2 shorter ones and> over the weekend I will try and> get a longer run in to get my body used to being out for longer.

Not a great week this week but that is life, sometimes it gets in the way and> you have to just put it behind you and> get back on track! Next week hopefully this will be the case and> I will try and> fill you in on my other training a bit more.
